1 100 1 500 600
2 100 0.1 50 65
3 100 0.47 235 320
4 330 1 1650 1750
to calculate the time it takes we use this following formula : T = R x C x 5
circuit 1 = 0.000100 x 1000 x 5 = 500 ms
circuit 2 = 0.000100 x 100 x 5 = 50 ms
circuit 3 = 0.000100 x 470 x 5 =235 ms
circuit 4 = 0.000330 x 1000 x 5 = 1650 ms
By looking at the pictures and the table above we can see that as the resistance of the circuit decreases so does the time to charge the capacitor and also as the capacitance increases so does the time it takes to charge it up .
Experiment 6:
For checking BJT the diagram below will show you the difference between them which are two different types: PNP and NPN .
C = Collector , B = Base , E = Emitter
In the diagram below we going to test the PNP and NPN type and record the readings between each leg in forward bias and reverse bias .
In the diagram above we can see how the P type and N type material in BJT and how it we control this component by altering the current.
